  1. Swan Districts highest score is 40.11 (251)  v Subiaco at Bassendean Oval, 11 August 1979
  2. Swan Districts lowest score is 2.8 (20) v East Perth in 1968

  5. Swan Districts is one of only four clubs to have won the premiership from the last position position the previous year. Swans achieved this in 1961
  6. Swans has the longest losing sequence at any WAFL ground.  They had gone 17 years (1939 - 56) without a win at Leederville Oval.  
  7. Swans full-forward Eric Gorman holds the record for the most number of goals in a grand final. He kicked nine in 1963 against East Fremantle
  8. Garry Sidebottom kicked nine goals in the 1985 first semi-final against West Perth. Swans won the game 24.14 to 19.12
  9. Ruck-rover Graham Melrose kicked nine goals in the 1980 preliminary final against East Perth. Swans won the game 28.13 to 15.15
  10. Rover Brian Close is the only Swans player other then a full-forward to kick 10 goals or more in a game. This was achieved in 1975 when he kicked 10 goals against East Fremantle at Bassendean Oval
  11. Max George has kicked the most club goals in a game. He kicked 14 against West Perth in 1974
  12. Swan Districts is the only WAFL club to win more than one hat-trick of premierships since the second World War
  13. Swan Districts is the only club to celebrate its 50th season with a premiership. This was achieved in 1984 versus East Fremantle
  14. Swans are the most successful  club in grand final play-offs. They have won 67 percent of grand finals contested
  15. John Todd is the first coach to win successive State and Australian premierships in the same year - 1984
  16. Bill Walker holds the WAFL record of four Sandover Medals
  17. Swans have won the Rodriguez Shield on five occasions - 1962, 1965, 1974, 1975 and 1980
  18. The Club has appeared in finals on 24 occasions - 1937, 1938, 1943, 1945, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1965, 1974, 1975, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 2004, 2005
  19. Record crowd of 22,300 at Bassendean occurred May 10, 1980. Swans 27.20 (182) defeated West Perth 8.8 (56)
  20. Joel Cornelius retired from League football in 2006, after 221 games for Swans, of which 219 were consecutive - a WAFL record
  21. Swans have produced two players to head the VFL/AFL goalkicking - Simon Beasley (105 goals in 1985 with Footsgray) and Scott Cummings (95 goals in 1999 with West Coast)
  22. Swans celebrated its 1500th league game since debut by defeating West Perth on April 15 2006 - It was also 150 games for Shane Beros
