Big week of training for the boys with a trip to the renowned Reabold Hill on Thursday for repeated hill runs following a couple of solid days early in the week.
We finish our week on Saturday morning with an endurance run at the river. Luckily the weather is looking after us at the moment and not throwing too many hot ones at us to make training even tougher!
Congrats to Murray, Stephen and Corey who were selected in the national draft and we hope that a few more of our boys will find themselves in the AFL system in 2 weeks time when the Rookie Draft is held in early December.
At the club, we are about to move into our new change-rooms where we have built a new auditorium and restructured our medical area. It looks great and a lot of our volunteers like Jim Dougan, Alan Hickling, Gary Seaton and Llyod Lockhart have done a power of work to get the job done, along with a number of supporters who have helped with construction and painting etc. We looking forward to moving in over the next week.
