Simon Beasley to be inducted into the Swans Hall of Fame

Swan Districts Football Club will induct six new members into the club’s prestigious Hall of Fame in 2023. This will be the club’s third induction following those in 2016 and 2021.

The Swan Districts Hall of Fame was established to recognise and enshrine players, coaches, volunteers, and administrators who have made a significant contribution to the club on or off the oval since the club’s inception in 1934.

Player Turnover Excites Swan Districts WAFLW Coach

Swan Districts coach Adam Dancey doesn’t sugar coat his thoughts on the club’s achievements in 2022.

Despite playing finals footy and only missing a WAFLW Grand Final appearance by one match, Dancey believes there was a missed opportunity.

Sullivan Logistics January Talent Program

Over the course of the January school holidays, players from our 2022 14s development squad attended training sessions held at Steel Blue Oval. The 8 session program had been designed to allow our talented players to continue their development journey before returning to school.

In excess of 50 players took the opportunity to train with SDFC talent coaches each morning, resulting in several players dramatically improving their fundamentals.
